The homeowners needed a second bathroom with their family growing up. With a basement bedroom and space in an unfinished area, it made sense to add a bathroom to complete the basement space and make sure it was accessible from the bedroom.

The end result would be a second bathroom for the family to use and having it connected to the bedroom to help create a separate space for guests or kids when they get older to have their own space in the basement.
